By accessing our website, placing an order, or subscribing to any recurring product delivery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
To purchase from our website you must:

- Provide accurate and complete information at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Products & Information Disclaimer
Our supplements are made from natural marine products and may vary slightly in colour or appearance. All health-related information provided on our website is general in nature, not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional prior to use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or experiencing health conditions.
5. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, update product information, or discontinue products at any time.
Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation email.
6. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
We use WooCommerce Subscriptions to manage automatic recurring orders.
6.1 Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us and Stripe (our payment processor) to automatically charge your saved payment method at the frequency selected (e.g., every 30, 60 or 90 days).
6.2 Updating Payment Details
You may update billing details anytime via your Omega Lab account.
If a payment fails, Stripe may automatically retry. We may cancel your subscription if multiple attempts fail.
6.3 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only; previously processed orders cannot be refunded once dispatched.
6.4 Pausing or Changing Subscription
You can pause or change the frequency/quantity through your account dashboard.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders from New Zealand using reputable couriers. Shipping costs, delivery times, and service areas are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are guidelines only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of consumable supplements, we cannot accept returns for opened products unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).
We will replace or refund products that are:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly supplied
- Faulty or not as described
Please contact us within 14 days with evidence (photo/video) so we can resolve the issue promptly.
9. Consumer Guarantees Act
These Terms do not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where goods are being purchased for personal use, the CGA applies.
10. Payment & Security
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store full credit card numbers on our website or servers.
By placing an order, you confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method used is yours or that you have appropriate authority.

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and product images—is the property of Omega Lab or licensed to us. You may not copy or reproduce any content without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omega Lab is not liable for:
